The area surrounding Skipsea Sands is definitely worth exploring. The Park is located in a pretty village with a countryside setting, as well as being close to miles of sandy beaches stretching from Flamborough Head to Spurn Point.

We’re very excited to have Skipsea Sands join Park Resorts this year as the Park is just perfect for fun family holidays! There’s plenty of action for the kids including indoor swimming pool with water jets, fun adventure playground and a huge sports hall ideal for badminton, football and roller blading.

In the evenings you can enjoy some fantastic entertainment for everyone with glittering shows, games and discos!

Cruckley Animal Farm – See newborn baby animals, cows, sheep, horses, the feed house plus seven rare breeds of pig, including the Tamworth, one of the most primitive surviving pigs in Britain.

Bondeville Miniature Village – Scenes of everyday life have been carefully crafted and re-created in this 1 acre site.

Bridlington – With beautiful award winning beaches and picturesque harbour this seaside resort is perfect for all ages.

Beverley – visit the racecourse or why not hire bikes and see some of the magnificent countryside.

The Deep, Hull - Explore the magical wonders of sealife.

Skipsea Castle – A Norman motte and bailey castle located south of Bridlington. All that remains visible today are the earthworks, having been destroyed by the order of Henry III of England.

Hull and East Riding Museum – The museum has some of the most spectacular natural history and archaeology displays. Highlights of the collections include the only dinosaur bones to have been found in East Yorkshire and spectacular treasures from the middle ages.

Local Sandy Beaches – Miles of beautiful sandy beaches stretching right along the coast are a must for relaxing lazy days.

Bridlington Harbour Heritage Museum – A small harbour side museum covering maritime history of Bridlington.

Directions From Junction 38 on the M62 take the A63 through Hull. At the end of the dual carriageway, turn right onto the A1033 and follow signs for Withernsea. Follow the A1033 through the village and turn left at the mini roundabout onto the B1242. Then take the next right at the lighthouse and the Park is just half a mile ahead on the left.
