Situated on the south side of Oulton Broad, the southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads, Broadland Holiday Village is set in 8 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens.

It is close to Lowestoft with it's excellent beaches and is a great base to explore Suffolk's Heritage Coast.

The licensed Village Club, open all year round, has panoramic views of the Broad and boat marina. There is a bar, separate restaurant area and screened patio area overlooking the water. Bar snacks, light meals and take-away food can be purchased as well as the very popular Adnams Ale.
