The area boasts some of the UK's finest sandy beaches, quaint seaside towns, enchanting castles, incredible restaurants and superb sporting and leisure facilities, with surfing, sailing, golf, fishing, pony trekking, walking and cycling all on offer in the surrounding area.

Summerleaze Beach, Crooklets Beach, Crackington Haven, Northcott and Widemouth Bay.

The awe-inspiring Eden Project near St Austell.
The picturesque village of Clovelly. Tamar Otter and Wildlife Centre.
Boat trips to Lundy Island.

And, for the children there is the Milky Way Adventure Park and ever popular Big Sheep theme park, both within easy reach of the Park.

If you love the great outdoors and like being active then Sandymouth is the perfect location for you. The North Cornwall Coastal path is within ¾ mile of the park, the scenery from which is breathtaking. There are several local stables which offer pony trekking. The local beaches are renowned for their excellent surf conditions and there are many surf schools based in Bude which also offer body boarding or kayaking.

Directions Sandymouth FROM THE EAST
Via the M5 from the north, leave at junction 27 and travel on the A361/A39 (Atlantic Highway) towards Bude. On the approach to Bude you will pass the village of Kilkhampton. Just past here follow the right hand turning signposted to Sandymouth. Along this road is Sandymouth Holiday Park.

Sandymouth FROM THE WEST
Again find the A39 (Atlantic Highway) and travel North towards Bude. Do not take the turning to Bude, but continue along the A39 for approximately 3 to 4 miles. As Kilkhampton is approached turn left to Sandymouth. Sandymouth Holiday park is along the road on the left hand side.
