Tourist Attractions York - park and ride only 10 mins. drive. Thirsk  market town where you can visit the Herriot vets surgery, now a fascinating museum. The North Yorkshire Moors for exhilarating walks, the famous steam railway (have Sunday lunch on the train!) and of course the "Heartbeat" village to stroll around. To the East the seaside resorts of Scarborough and Whitby and small picturesque fishing villages of Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay all within easy driving distance for a good day out.

Directions Coming from York on the A19, as you enter Easingwold you will pass by Easingwold School on your left. Fifty yards beyond this, take the right hand turning to Stillington, ¾ mile further on, the site is on the right, signposted
