During the summer months there are sailing regattas and, on most Thursdays power boat racing is thrilling to watch from our own private marina fronting the broad, where boat mooring and launching facilities are also available

Pleasant walks lead to the unspoilt Broadland marshlands, nature trial and to Nicholas Everitt Park, with its childrens zoo, recreational areas, tennis and bowls.

Broadland Holiday Village is within easy reach of the fishing port and popular shopping centre of Lowestoft, with its award winning safe sandy beaches.
Lowestoft also offers a theatre, cinema and excellent sporting facilities.
The acclaimed Pleasurewood Hills family theme park is a great family day out and, for golfers, the local course is just 2 miles away.

Directions On entering Oulton Broad, via the A146 or the A12, look for Oulton Broad South rail station on your left and the Flying Dutchman public house on your right. Go over the rail bridge and continue to a roundabout, double back on yourself to enable you to easily turn into Marsh Road
